Online Poker Malaysia
From regular Texas Hold'em tables to high-prize international tournaments, sangkarbet provides a fair, fast and secure poker platform built specifically for Malaysian players.
Choose the game variant that best suits your skill level and playing style.
The world's most popular poker variant — and Malaysia's favourite. Each player receives two hole cards followed by five community cards. Strategy, patience and reading your opponents are the keys to success at this table.
More complex than Hold'em — players receive four hole cards and must use exactly two of them together with three community cards. The Hi-Lo format splits the pot between the highest and lowest qualifying hands.
A classic poker format with no community cards. Each player receives seven cards of their own — three face-down and four face-up. This game demands sharp memory and the ability to read opponents' cards.
A quick-format tournament that kicks off as soon as the required number of players has joined. Perfect for players who want the tournament experience without waiting on a fixed schedule. Starts every hour at Sangkarbet.
A multi-table tournament with a cumulative prize pool that can reach hundreds of thousands of MYR. This format tests a player's stamina and long-game strategy — the true championship experience of online poker in Malaysia.
Tournaments with no entry fee but real cash prizes. Sangkarbet hosts weekly freerolls exclusively for new and VIP members as a way of rewarding player loyalty.
Enter major competitions and prove your skills. Cash prizes are up for grabs.

Poker is not purely a game of chance. Anyone who has sat at a high-stakes table will tell you it's a blend of strategy, psychology, discipline and a touch of luck. At sangkarbet, we understand what Malaysian players truly want — a fair environment, a fast platform and the chance to test their skills against well-matched opponents.
Since sangkarbet launched our poker section, the response from the local player community has been overwhelmingly positive. Our tables are consistently filled with players from Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, Penang, Ipoh all the way to Kota Kinabalu. This is no coincidence — we have invested in stable server infrastructure, a clean interface and a protection system that ensures every hand is played fairly with no interference whatsoever.
One thing that sets sangkarbet apart from other platforms is the variety of tables on offer. We don't just run a single game type. Texas Hold'em is always available, but we also offer Omaha in both standard and Hi-Lo formats, Seven-Card Stud for those who prefer the classic style, and a range of tournament formats including Sit & Go, Multi-Table Tournaments and monthly freerolls. Whether you're a casual player enjoying a game while watching football, or a serious competitor chasing a title, there's a table for you at sangkarbet.
For new players, sangkarbet provides practice tables with play money so you can learn the basics without any risk. Once you feel confident, you can move to real-money tables starting from as low as RM 1 per round. This is particularly helpful because many Malaysian players new to online poker often feel intimidated by the high stakes on other platforms. Here, you can progress entirely at your own pace.
On the technical side, sangkarbet uses a random number generator (RNG) independently verified by a third party to ensure card distribution is truly random and cannot be manipulated. Our anti-collusion system also continuously monitors for any suspicious behaviour between players. With these measures in place, every player gets a level playing field — whether they're on a smartphone in Bangsar or a laptop in Kota Bharu.
We have not overlooked the social side of poker either. Sangkarbet features an in-room chat function so players can interact, make new connections, and become part of Malaysia's growing poker community. Our monthly tournaments also attract participants from all walks of life — from university students to professionals catching a game during their lunch break.
When it comes to transactions, we know Malaysian players value convenience above all. Depositing into your Sangkarbet poker account can be done via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay, or FPX through Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks — all within minutes. Withdrawals are processed quickly with no tedious verification hassles. Your winnings belong to you, and we respect that fully.
Sangkarbet also offers exclusive bonuses for poker players. A welcome bonus, weekly rakeback based on hands played, and special rewards for tournament participants are just some of the ways we show appreciation to every member. More active players are automatically elevated to higher VIP tiers, unlocking access to exclusive tables, higher betting limits and dedicated personal account manager support.
If you have ever played poker with friends at a mamak stall or at someone's place, you already know how enjoyable the game can be. Now imagine that same experience with more players, bigger prizes, and the freedom to play from anywhere. That is what Sangkarbet offers. Our platform is fully optimised for mobile, meaning you can join a table at midnight from your bedroom without waiting until morning.

Practical advice from experienced players to help you play smarter.
Do not jump straight to the highest-stakes tables. Start at lower limits to get comfortable with the pace of play at Sangkarbet before moving up to bigger tables.
Tilt — playing on emotion after a loss — is a poker player's worst enemy. Set a daily loss limit and take a break once you reach it.
Playing in a late position gives you an edge because you get to see how all other players act before making your decision. Make the most of it.
Many new players get caught out holding low pairs or weak connectors. Knowing when to fold is just as important a skill as knowing when to bet.
Pay attention to your opponents' betting patterns from the very start. A player who consistently raises pre-flop with strong hands, or slow-plays their set — that kind of information is invaluable.
Experts recommend risking no more than 5% of your bankroll at any single table or tournament. This ensures you can keep playing and learning even through a losing streak.
